Position outputs:
This coaching is aimed at addressing competencies requirements. The Young Professional in Training is performed over a 24 month period throughout which the Young Professionals will be assessed on a six month-to-month basis.

This Programme will supply the incumbents with applicable place of business trip via a structured studying programme and organizational aid to grow them into a position/role inside Group Company Secretariat, if available.

Exposure will be in the following areas:
•Collaborate with employer secretaries in minute writing.
•Assist with annual evaluate and replace of Committee charters.
