key responsibilities

Sales & Product Knowledge:

Engage potential customers by providing information and outlining the range of products on offer.
sells a product by persuading potential customers to buy it.
Answer consumers’ inquiries and describe the goods and prices.
Increase revenue by upselling goods based on a study of client preferences and needs.
Provide instruction to customers on how to set up, use, and maintain mobile devices and accessories.
Keep your knowledge of all topics connected to the product up to date.

In-Store Operations:

Manage and facilitate the repair and out-of-box failures (OBF) policies.
Perform departmental duties such daily stock hazard counts, making merchandise displays, re-merchandising, pricing markdowns in accordance with the planogram, transferring merchandise, inventory control, and transaction processing efficiently.
Maintain the mobile kiosk, including updating the display and maintaining cleanliness at all times.
Help the stock receiving process along and make sure that every item is present on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

to actively interact with consumers in an effort to encourage the opening of in-store accounts. in order to successfully provide follow-up and remedies, to meet client needs, one must possess thorough knowledge of mrp accounts.
Administration:
to stay informed about NCA’s documentation guidelines for customers opening in-store accounts. accountable for handling all account management and client account maintenance requests.
