Office Administrator – Krost Shelving Cape Town

Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist Branch Manager with all administration tasks.
– Assist to do reports on Excel including pivot tables.
– Assist in keeping accurate records of inventory / stock.
– Able to respond to emails appropriately and timeously.
– Able to deal with Customers.
– Assist to load / offload trucks.

– Able to manage fleet fuel usage (2 x Hyundai bakkies)
– Able to manage fleet logbooks (2 x Hyundai Bakkies)
– Able to assist with Internal Sales
– Able to assist with Dispatch Notes / Invoicing
– Able to assist with general housekeeping, health and safety

– Some working exposure preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Working in a fast-paced environment.
– Awareness of health and safety protocols in a warehouse.

Abilities / other requirements
– Grade 12.
– Computer literate (MS Office) – Mandatory.
– Working on Autocad preferrable.
– Knowledge of Syspro advantageous.
– Valid driver’s licence preferrable.
– Excellent communications skills.

– Strong customer service skills.
– Be Analytical.
– Committed and honest.
– Self-starter and able to manage time appropriately.
