REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. Demonstrable competency in appearing Independently,
Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Excellent verbal exchange and
administrative skills, document writing, desirable verbal and written communication
skills. Customer focal point and responsiveness. Problem fixing skills. Good
analytical skills, laptop competencies such as MS Word; Excel; Ms Office suite and
Outlook. Documentation administration, writing competencies and challenge time
management skills. Knowledge and appreciation of the legislative framework
governing the Public Service. Planning and organization.
DUTIES : Provide excessive fine administrative aid inside the criminal administration.
Compile and publish court docket statistics. Maintain Electronic and guide registers.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders. Provide reception and desk duties,
receive calls and direct customers. Render administrative guide services.
Ensure safekeeping of all documentation produced in the workplace of the manager
in line with rules and policies. Draft files as required. Operate office
equipment like fax desktop and picture copier.

Collect all applicable documents
to allow the supervisor to operate their duties. Ensure an high quality go with the flow of
information and archives to and from the workplace of the manager. Attend to
subsistence and journey claims. Provide aid to the supervisor regarding
meetings. Coordinate logistical preparations for conferences when required.
